Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Sharlene Klauke. I am a professional Sales Representative at Royal LePage State Realty, Brokerage in Hamilton, Ontario. I have a network of specialists who can help you with all aspects of the home-buying & selling process, from home stagers, home inspectors and lawyers to movers, painters and cleaners. I am an Accredited Senior Agent (ASA) and work with a financial planner in a “Smart-Sizing” Program to help my clients plan for retirement to realize their dreams.
I believe in being there for my clients before, during and after the transaction. I keep in touch and provide regular updates. I continually upgrade my skills and education to allow me to provide the best service I can. My service doesn’t end once you purchase or sell your home. I offer service and support beyond the sale that will help you, through my After Service Sales Program and Client Appreciation parties & events. I work by referral because I appreciate you. I strive to build positive business relationships by working exclusively with people I admire and respect, and who value the service I provide. Relationships are more important to me than transactions. I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each sale. Prior to becoming a realtor ®, my background was human resources and payroll for non-profit companies, as well as a municipal employer (school board). I have always been passionate about helping others achieve their dreams and goals, even from a young age. As a child, when others dreamed of being actors, fireman, athletic pros or princesses, I wanted to own my own business where I could be creative, work with numbers and help people. At that time, I didn’t know about human resources or real estate, so a family run restaurant or variety store appealed to me. As I began my post-secondary school education, I was drawn to human resources as a career because of my desire to help others & negotiate creative solutions, but always had an eye on the real estate market.
When I bought (then later sold) my first home, I knew this was where I was meant to be. Selling my home wasn’t what I expected and I was disappointed with the whole experience. I vowed to help others have a positive one. I am glad I did. I love my job! I love helping others and meeting so many wonderful people. I love a challenge and the thrill of negotiations to get the best possible deal for my clients. I love getting deals, whether it is for me, or for my clients. I feel satisfaction from a job well done, when my clients have got the best home for them at the best price. My education background and employment background gave me a great basis to begin my career in real estate. Several years later, I still know this is the right place for me to be.
I have helped clients in Ancaster, Binbrook, Burlington, Caledonia, Dunnville, Grimsby, Hamilton, Smithville and Stoney Creek areas. I have friends and family all over southern Ontario and love this area. I have lived in Hamilton all of my life. Now my husband and I are raising our 2 teenagers here.
